Non-refundable rooms:

- In the event of cancellation of a non-refundable room, the full room charges will apply.

Refundable rooms:

​

- In the event of cancellation, refundable rooms can be cancelled without charge up to 6 weeks before arrival.

- In the event of cancellation after 6 weeks, the full room charges will apply.

Terms and conditions of groups with less than 10 rooms:

​

o    Minimum length of Stay 3 nights

o    100% prepayment via Paybylink
o    Cancellation free of charge until 14 days prior to arrival

Terms and conditions of groups with more than 10 rooms:

​

o    Minimum length of Stay 3 nights
o    In case of Cancellation more than 1 month before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 35% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
o    In case of Cancellation more than 14 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 60% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
o    In case of Cancellation more than 7 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 85% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
o    In case of Cancellation 7 days or less before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 100% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.

COVID-19:
If the agreed services in this contract will be cancelled by the booker due to Corona virus-escalations, as outlined on below points:

1. When an official travel warning will be announced by the Ministry of Health/Department of State of The Netherlands. 
2. The announcement/travel warning is during the time period of the event.

Depending on the time of the cancellation, The Hotel will use the paid deposit as a credit for a new groups or events reservation with a stay date within 12 months after the cancellation date.
